Did you notice? Earlier the week, Intuit announced the dates for QuickBooks Connect 2016! We’re in full-swing planning for our return to the San Jose Convention Center on Oct. 23-26, 2016. If you attended last year or in 2014, you know you can expect high-energy inspirational speakers, unique networking opportunities with accountants, small business owners, and fellow developers, an amazing hackathon, and deep-dive dev sesssions. It’s your once-a-year opportunity to get inspired, learn, and connect, all in one place. Check out the 2015 developer track sessions, hackathon pitches, and other highlights on our YouTube channel.

We’ve spent a lot of time reviewing the feedback from last Fall’s event to make sure that QuickBooks Connect 2016 is a phenomenal experience for you. There’s no such thing as too much feedback or input, and we’d love to hear what you think would make it a great event for app developers, designers, entrepreneurs, sponsors, and hackers alike. All-in on QuickBooks Connect
You probably also know that the Fall is a pretty busy time for Accounting shows, and companies always have to make tough choices about which ones to sponsor and which ones to skip. This year, Intuit will be skipping Accountex (formerly SleeterCon) so that our attention can be 100% focused on making QuickBooks Connect 2016 the best-of-year event for the whole Intuit ecosystem — accountants as well as our app partners, developers, entrepreneurs, and small business owners. QuickBooks Connect is an event unlike any other, and one you definitely won’t want to miss.
Stay tuned for more details in the coming months. In the meantime, pre-register for QuickBooks Connect 2016, and don’t forget to give us your input!
