We have news for all the Salesforce developers out there! We are pleased to introduce a Salesforce sample application that will make it easier for developers to integrate their app with QuickBooks Online APIs.
This sample application demonstrates the following:
- Connecting to QuickBooks from Salesforce via OAuth 2.0
- Sample GET/POST requests to CompanyInfo and Account entities
There are two ways for you to access this sample. You can browse through the code at our Github repo here, or you can use the unmanaged packaged and install it directly in your org.
The package is available here.
Note: If you are installing into a sandbox organization you must replace the initial portion of the URL with http://test.salesforce.com. The package is compatible with Winter 19 and later.
For more details on installation steps and manual instructions, please refer to the Github repo here. This repository includes all the custom code, and metadata files for remote site settings and custom metadata types.
