Together after close, Intuit and Mailchimp will offer a powerful customer growth engine that will help small businesses get and retain customers so they can grow and run their businesses.
After closing, this acquisition will bring together two thriving third party networks and combine the tech assets of both companies to enable third parties to engage, at scale, to improve customers’ lives. We have an initial integration already live that enables customers to sync data.
