Developers can continue to use the existing QBXML SDK v13.0 to integrate their applications with QuickBooks Desktop 2016. NFR licenses are now available for purchase as well.
QuickBooks Desktop 2016 Enhancements and Bug Fixes
In addition to the new features, Integrating with QuickBooks Desktop 2016 just got better with the resolution of multiple issues reported by the developer community.
|QBWG-27839||Added SalesRep Ref and Item custom fields into ItemLineItem, ExpenseItem, and GroupLineItem reports to the following transactions:
|QBWG-27015||Implemented the ability to have multiple contacts for Customer objects.|
|QBWG-29793||Fixed a crash during Customer Query requests.|
|QBWG-21820||Duplicate information would be displayed during some instances in which QuickBooks would create a COGS or Inventory entry.|
|QBWG-23912||The sorting of Custom Fields by name did not work properly.|
|QBWG-23278||Fixed several assorted issues with Custom Fields.|
|QBWG-22610||ListMerge did not work as intended for Items.|
