We’re pleased to announce the launch of the Intuit App Partner Program. This new partner program—now open to US-based developers—introduces an improved developer experience, enhanced support, access to new APIs, partner growth initiatives, and the implementation of developer platform service fees.
Tiers and benefits
The Intuit App Partner Program offers four distinct partner tiers: Builder, Silver, Gold, and Platinum. If you’ve already subscribed, visit the App Partner Program Benefits tab in your Intuit Developer Portal workspace to start using your benefits today.
Here’s a quick look at some of the available benefits:
- Partner Resource Center: If you’re a partner in the Silver, Gold, or Platinum tier, you’ll be provided access to our Partner Resource Center with ready-to-launch co-marketing assets, marketing toolkits to supercharge your campaigns, and more.
- Partner badges: Looking to highlight your program status? If you’re a Silver, Gold, or Platinum tier partner, you’ll be able to download an Intuit App Partner Program badge to showcase your status to prospective customers in marketing campaigns or on your website.
- Premium APIs: Want to enhance your integration? If you’re a partner in the Silver, Gold, or Platinum tier, you can request access to the new Projects and Sales Tax APIs today. Gold and Platinum tier partners can also request access to the new Time API with Payroll Compensation and the Custom Fields API. Request access by opening a support ticket and selecting Product ‘QuickBooks Online’ and Category ‘New API access’.
- Account management: If you’re subscribed to the Gold or Platinum tier, a Partner Development Manager will be assigned as your dedicated advocate within the Intuit ecosystem. Your Intuit advocate will act as your committed point of contact to help you maximize the full potential of our partnership.
Here are some important details about API usage and fees:
- Platform service fees: If you’re subscribed to the Silver, Gold, or Platinum tier, platform service fees start July 28, 2025. For more information, check out our FAQ page, which includes answers to common billing questions.
- Builder Tier CorePlus API call limits: Workspaces with a US-based address that aren’t subscribed to a paid tier, or workspaces without a company address, will automatically default to the Builder Tier. The Builder Tier won’t be charged platform service fees, however, this tier is limited to 500,000 CorePlus API calls per month. To unlock more CorePlus API credits and benefits*, enter a valid company address and subscribe to a paid tier.
